While every care is taken in the development and review of designs and patterns, in the event of any discrepancy or error, PATTERN SOLUTION is therefore limited solely to the remuneration paid to PATTERN SOLUTION by the customer. In no event shall PATTERN SOLUTION have any responsibility or liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages incurred as a result of any error.
