Graphic design and Pattern service:
    1.Client registered, communicate with PATTERN SOLUTION and an order will be created after getting the necessary information provided by client.
    2.Charges and timing will be decided, a complete order will be in the system.
    3.Client needs to pay the deposit and we will immediately start to work upon receipt of the deposit. Days of working will be calculated from the date deposit is paid.
    4.Client can log on our system and see his order status in the system. 
    5.When the system shows the job is finished, client can download a mini version or part of the design for client to review and approve. Once client approved, balance of the charge needs to be paid.
    6.If there is a group of designs are orders, then client can download from the system one design to review and approve after the system shows finished. After client approved the first design, our designer will continue to work on the balance. Also, when the system shows all the designs are finished, client needs to pay balance of the charge.
  7. After receiving the complete payment, client will have the pass word to download the complete file from system.

Sample making:

    3. If client will provide all the materials:
        a.Client needs to mail all the materials to PATTERN
SOLUTION. Days of working will be calculated from the date material is received.
        b.After samples are made, pictures will be emailed to client for approve.
        c.After client approved the samples, client will pay the charges.
        d.After received the charge, samples will be sent to client. Transportation charge will be covered by client.
    4. If client need PATTERN SOLUTION to purchase material:
        a.PATTERN SOLUTION will estimate the cost of the material and inform the client.
        b.Client need to pay for the material.
        c.After receiving the cost of the material, PATTERN SOLUTIONwill buy immediately.
        d.A working progress chart will be shown on the internet to client so that he knows the status of his order.
        e.After samples are finished,pictures will be emailed to client for approve.
        f.After client approved the samples,client will pay balance of the charges.
        g.After received the charge, samples will be sent to client. Transportation charge will be covered by client.
